Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy explains what Content Circuit collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Content Circuit is operated by Corey Sutton. This policy covers our website, waitlist, and application. The service is in development: social publishing, channel analytics, media uploads, AI assistance, and paid subscriptions are planned features, not currently available through the public landing page.
What we collect
- Waitlist information: your email address, answers you choose to submit, and referral information when you join through our Idea Lab waitlist.
- Account and profile information: your email address, name, account identifier, workspace name, time zone, and onboarding settings when you use the application. Supabase handles passwords, verification codes, and sign-in sessions.
- Google sign-in information: your Google account identifier, email address, verification status, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture, if you choose Google sign-in.
- Support information: messages and other information you send when contacting us.
- Technical information: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
When additional content features become available, information you choose to save may include ideas, scripts, captions, notes, media, and publishing settings. We will update this policy and provide relevant notices before introducing materially different uses of your information.
How we use your information
We use information to manage the waitlist and send requested product updates, authenticate accounts, verify email addresses, recover access, save profiles and workspace settings, provide support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Account and workspace information is not publicly listed. Access is limited by account and workspace permissions. We do not publish your private content merely because you create an account.
Google and social accounts
Google sign-in is used to identify you and provide access to your Content Circuit account. It does not give Content Circuit access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, or YouTube channel, and it does not authorize us to publish posts.
Our handling of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and its applicable Limited Use restrictions. Google account data is not used for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
Social publishing and analytics connections will require a separate authorization when those features are available. We will explain the requested account data and permissions at that time. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not itself delete information already stored in Content Circuit; contact us to request deletion.
AI and aggregation
AI content generation and analysis are not currently enabled. We do not currently send your private workspace content to AI model providers or publish a public trends dataset derived from it. Before enabling optional AI features, we will explain what information is sent, to which providers, and for what purpose.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The application uses browser local storage for your sign-in session and session storage for the password-recovery flow. Clearing that storage signs you out or interrupts recovery. Google and embedded third-party services may use their own cookies or storage under their policies; this policy does not claim that every third-party page is cookie-free.
The landing page records button-click events and supports an optional website analytics service to understand page usage. Our click-event payloads do not include email addresses, form answers, passwords, or private workspace content. The embedded waitlist separately processes the information you submit to it. We do not use advertising trackers.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Render for hosting, Idea Lab for waitlist registration and referrals, and Google if you select Google sign-in. Email delivery services support verification, recovery, and requested updates. These providers receive information needed for their roles and may process technical information under their own policies.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users and the service, or respond to security incidents. Requests from government agencies and other public authorities are handled under our Government Data Requests Policy. If the business changes ownership, applicable privacy obligations continue and we will provide notice of material changes. We do not currently collect payment-card details or operate paid subscriptions.
Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile settings in the app, sign out, revoke Google access, and unsubscribe from waitlist updates using the email link where provided or by contacting us. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account and associated information at corey@thetechtalentblueprint.com. Please send the request from your account email when possible; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
For account and data deletion, use the subject “Content Circuit data deletion request.” Requests are handled by email; an in-app account deletion option is not yet available. Deleting your account does not automatically remove content already published to other platforms; manage those posts with the platform concerned.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We respond to requests as required by applicable law. Unsubscribing from product updates does not prevent necessary account or security emails.
Retention, location, and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your waitlist or account relationship, and meet legitimate security, operational, and legal needs. When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify information unless retention is required for those purposes. Backup copies may remain until they are removed through the provider's normal backup lifecycle.
To diagnose problems, we keep error logs for 90 days, then delete them automatically. These can include the response a connected social network or our AI provider returned when something failed, and, for AI requests that were blocked or failed, the text you sent and the AI's output. We remove access tokens, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers and link parameters before saving them. Only our support staff can see these logs, and they are deleted along with your account.
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and database authorization rules to help protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Content Circuit is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Privacy questions and data requests: corey@thetechtalentblueprint.com.
